When you configure Microsoft Outlook to use offline folder (OST), when using Exchange Server, the synchronization process might sometimes fail. In such cases, any error codes thus generated are logged in a Deleted Items folder message with subject line 'Synchronization Log' . These errors describe point of failure and other description. Since the OST file cannot be synchronized, it remains unusable with Outlook.
